BdaSocial “Invite & Earn” Referral Program

Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview
   The BdaSocial “Invite & Earn” Referral Program allows existing members to earn wallet credit for referring new members to BdaSocial.

2. Program Period
   The referral program is a limited-time promotion and is valid only during the dates announced by BdaSocial. Rewards issued outside the promotion period may revert to standard referral amounts.

3. Eligibility

   • Referrers must have an active BdaSocial account with a profile picture and background image.

   • Referred members must be new to BdaSocial and sign up using the Invite Friends feature.

   • Referred members must verify their email address and add you as a friend to qualify.

4. Referral Rewards

   • The referrer will receive $20 wallet credit for each eligible referral during the promotion period.

   • The referred member will receive $20 wallet credit after successful signup and verification.

   • Wallet credits are issued to the member’s BdaSocial wallet and are non-transferable for cash.

5. Wallet Credit Usage
   Wallet credits may be used only toward eligible BdaSocial products, services, events, promotions, or offerings, as determined by BdaSocial. Wallet credits cannot be withdrawn as cash.

6. Limitations & Abuse Prevention

   • Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.

   • Each member is limited to 10 paid referrals.

   • Duplicate, fraudulent, or suspicious accounts will be disqualified.

   • BdaSocial reserves the right to reverse wallet credits issued as part of this promotion if abuse or misuse is detected.

7. Administrative Rights
   BdaSocial reserves the right to:

   • Modify or end the promotion at any time

   • Adjust reward amounts

   • Approve, delay, or revoke wallet credits

   • Take action against accounts violating these terms

8. General Conditions
   Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and BdaSocial’s general platform policies.
