BdaSocial Partner Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The BdaSocial Partner Program (“Program”) is a referral-based opportunity offered by BdaSocial (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Program allows approved participants (“Partners”) to promote the BdaSocial Partner Program and earn referral rewards based on approved Partner enrollments.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding agreements. By joining the Program, you confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

3. Partner Activation Fee

Participation in the Program requires a one-time, non-refundable activation fee of $297. This fee grants access to Partner status, resources, and referral privileges.

There are no monthly fees, subscriptions, or renewal charges associated with the Program.

4. Referral Earnings

• Partners may refer new individuals to join the BdaSocial Partner Program.
• For each approved Partner referral, the referring Partner is eligible to receive the full one-time Partner activation fee of $297.
• Referral earnings are paid only on approved and successfully completed enrollments.
• BdaSocial reserves the right to delay or withhold payment in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, or chargebacks.

5. No Income Guarantee

The Program does not guarantee income. Partner earnings depend solely on individual effort, marketing activity, and successful referrals. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

6. Marketing & Promotion Guidelines

Partners agree to:

• Market the Program honestly and ethically.
• Refrain from false, misleading, or exaggerated income claims.
• Not engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive practices.
• Not represent themselves as employees, agents, or legal representatives of BdaSocial.

Partners may describe themselves only as an “Independent BdaSocial Partner.”

7. Optional Participation

Participation in referral activities is entirely optional. Partners are not required to recruit others and may remain active regardless of referral activity.

8. Program Restrictions

• No resale, sublicensing, or transfer of Partner status.
• No creation of sub-programs, teams, or compensation structures.
• No use of BdaSocial branding outside approved materials.

9. Termination

BdaSocial reserves the right to suspend or terminate Partner status at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or conduct deemed harmful to the community or brand.

Upon termination, Partner access and referral privileges will be revoked.

10. Refund Policy

The Partner activation fee is non-refundable. All sales are final.

11. Independent Relationship

Partners are independent participants and are not employees, contractors, agents, or representatives of BdaSocial.

12. Limitation of Liability

BdaSocial shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

13. Changes to the Program

BdaSocial reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program or these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to BdaSocial’s jurisdiction of operation.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the BdaSocial Partner Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
