This FAQ is designed to help you understand how the BdaSocial Partner Program works, what is expected of Partners, and what the program is (and is not).

General Questions

What is the BdaSocial Partner Program?

The BdaSocial Partner Program is a referral-based opportunity that allows individuals to earn by introducing others to the BdaSocial Partner Program. Partners participate independently and are rewarded for approved referrals.

Is this an MLM or pyramid scheme?

No. The BdaSocial Partner Program is not a multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid scheme. There are no levels, no downlines, residual commissions, or required recruiting. Partners earn only from their own direct referrals.

Is recruiting required?

No. Recruiting is optional. Partners may choose to refer others, but participation in referrals is not mandatory to remain a Partner.

Is this a job or employment opportunity?

No. Partners are independent participants and are not employees, contractors, or agents of BdaSocial.

Fees & Earnings

How much does it cost to join?

There is a one-time, non-refundable Partner registration fee of $297. There are no monthly, annual or recurring fees.

How do Partners earn money?

Partners earn by personally referring new individuals who enroll and are approved into the BdaSocial Partner Program. For each approved referral, the Partner will receive the full $297 for their referral efforts and recommendations.

Is income guaranteed?

No. There are no income guarantees. Earnings depend entirely on individual effort, outreach, and successful referrals.

How and when are payouts made?

Payouts are paid directly to the Referral Partner for approved referrals after successful payment processing. BdaSocial reserves the right to refuse entry in the Partner Program Group in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.

Participation & Promotion

Who can I refer?

You may refer individuals who are interested in becoming BdaSocial Partners and who understand the program Terms and Conditions and a residents in Bermuda. 

Can I promote this program online or on social media?

Yes, provided all promotion is honest, ethical, and compliant with the Partner Terms & Conditions. False income claims, spam, or misleading messaging are strictly prohibited. See example posts here.

Can I create my own marketing materials?

Partners may create their own marketing content, provided it does not misrepresent the program, guarantee income, or misuse BdaSocial branding. Official materials will be provided for guidance.

Can I say I work for BdaSocial?

No. Partners must represent themselves only as Independent BdaSocial Partners.

Program Structure

Are there levels, teams, or downlines?

No. The program does not use levels, teams, or downlines. Earnings are based solely on direct referrals.

Can I recruit other Partners who also recruit others?

Yes. Partners may refer others who choose to become Partners. However, you do not earn commissions from their referrals—only from your own direct referrals.

Are there caps on earnings?

There is no set cap on the number of Partners you may personally refer. However, all referrals must comply with program guidelines and complete the Registration Form to be accepted into the program.

Account & Compliance

Can my Partner status be revoked?

Yes. BdaSocial reserves the right to suspend or terminate Partner status for violations of the Terms & Conditions, unethical behavior, or actions that harm the community or the BdaSocial brand.

Is the registration fee refundable? 

No. The $297 Partner registration fee is non-refundable.

Can the program change in the future?

Yes. BdaSocial reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the program or its terms at any time. Continued participation indicates acceptance of any updates.
